 I have known Beth for years and saw her transformation; at first I was so hesitant using finances as an excuse for not signing up with her. What was I afraid of? I was afraid of success! I was afraid of applying myself in the gym in the “guys area” and getting “bulky.” Beth taught me that a comprehensive nutrition plan and fitness goals work hand in hand, you cannot have one without the other. Obesity if in my DNA and she made it so easy to see where I had gone wrong in my culinary and fitness aspects of life.
